I had a lot of fun making this. I made the meatballs + sauce a long time ago with my mom. I never really made pasta by myself before so I just cooked the pasta I guess and decorated the plate hehe. I stir fryed some zucchini and plantain with a bit of wine. Apparently, those two don’t absorb much liquid so it needs to be marinated for a while before the taste can really become noticeable. Next time, I’ll do that.
